Dr. Oleg Simkovic grew up in La Grange, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he began his college education while serving his country. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago.
Dr. Simkovic went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1990. In 1992, he opened a practice in Fox River Grove, Illinois, where he built and led a successful general dentistry practice with a strong focus on implant dentistry for over three decades.
He later relocated to Indiana, which brought him to Colby Dental. Dr. Simkovic is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their smiles.
Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, training dogs and falconry.
